Making a Secure Payment
Once your booking details have been agreed, the London VIP Chauffeur team will provide the relevant payment instructions or an approved payment link. Please use the reference supplied with your booking so that we can match the payment to the correct journey.
Before making payment, check that the booking date, passenger details, service and quoted amount are correct. If anything appears incorrect, or if you have received a payment request you do not recognise, contact our team before proceeding.
Your final quotation will confirm any applicable deposit, balance, VAT or additional journey requirements. Keep your payment confirmation for your records; the booking team can assist if you require a receipt or have a question about the payment process.
If your itinerary changes after payment, please contact us as soon as possible. Any amendment may affect the final journey arrangement or quoted price, depending on the service, vehicle, timing and availability.
